After three decades in the outskirts of Washington DC, Morgan transplanted his purpose-driven life to Seattle in 2016. As President for the Many Lights Foundation, she has expanded resources and networks for multi-generational families. As the President of the ACMP PNW Chapter, she has advanced change management through workshops, mentorship, and events that equip practitioners to handle organizational shifts and build resilient networks.

Angela has demonstrated exceptional prowess as a senior business leader, delivering high-impact results in high-stakes settings. At BAE Systems, she managed a portfolio of defense programs ranging from $20 million to $50 million, overseeing operations and cross-functional teams to achieve mission-critical objectives under stringent regulations. She also orchestrated the integration of a $450 million acquisition, with a targeted emphasis on aligning IT systems and standardizing business processes.

Angela holds a master's degree from NYU and an MBA from Hopkins's Carey Business School, credentials that have equipped her with a blend of strategic foresight and analytical depth to excel in both corporate and charitable spheres.
